Quartermaster

The Board Quartermaster is responsible for overseeing the organization’s equipment, supplies, and inventory. This role ensures that materials are properly maintained, organized, and available to support the organization’s activities and operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
• Organizing storage and tracking usage of organizational assets
• Coordinating distribution and return of materials for events or projects
• Monitoring supply levels and identifying needs for replacement or procurement
• Supporting logistical planning for activities requiring equipment or materials
