Memberships are not limited to citizens of West Virginia. Some current members live as far away as Alaska.

Why be a Member?

Memberships are an important part of the WV Scenic Trails Association (WVSTA) and of support for the Allegheny Trail. We have recently added several new membership categories like Student, Senior, Military Veteran and three levels of Business memberships.

As an all-volunteer non profit 501(c)3, we rely on membership dues and the generosity of others to help offset the costs of tools, equipment and supplies to maintain the 311 mile Allegheny Trial - the longest hiking trail in WV

Membership provides individuals, families and businesses the opportunity to be a partner in a vibrant volunteer organization who aspires to provide a safe and memorable trail experience.
